    AVOID! disgusting place.I've noticed another review in regards to the card payment and can't order via drive thru. (That was weeks ago) still no change! this seems to be the norm here. The staff are rude and not helpful at all, they stare you out and think it's funny. No signage stating card machine not working and a few people still que and wait for someone to answer. It's a joke. Staff state over the intercom, come in, no card.The place is a dump, it's cold, it stinks, no way am I ordering food from this place and the service is diabolical.Nandos is opening soon!

    It's KFC, at the end of the day. Modern decor, clean interior and decent choices of music. Staff seemed chipper and all taking on their tasks with enthusiasm. Also, if you're looking to lose a few pounds of weight but don't want to break an eating habit of a lifetime, I can heartily recommend the salad and rice boxes. Good stuff! Parking: Plenty of parking.

    Basically ask for legs and thighs and got all breast meat!! Manager disregard of the complaint and wanted me to return the food!! I ask are you going to pay for petrol since its not my fault ‘No’. Also this branch in interchange Bedford HAD changed hands as the food doesn’t taste the same!! The fries had different taste to previous and manager WAS a female before!!

    Avoid eating in the restaurant in the winter! The temperature inside was uncomfortably cold, even with a jacket on. It was so cold I could see my breath, even when sitting far away from the entrance!This is my first visit to a KFC in over years and it'll probably be another before I eat there again! The menu is poor value for money - £. for a stuffing tower burger meal, which is essentially a normal chicken burger with a patty made from stuffing, and some cranberry sauce. They did not appear to sell regular Pepsi, only diet or Pepsi Max. Presentation of the burger was poor, as evidenced in my photos.The service and wait time were fine. The restaurant was fairly clean, although it was very quiet at the time. One of the self service order points was faulty.I'll end on a somewhat positive note... The fries have improved now that they have some seasoning on them. However, they are still lacklustre - they are limp and the outside is not crispy.
